Private Entertainment
shall not consist of less than 12 people. “Only members in good
standings” have the privilege of using the facilities for private
entertainment at a charge of $100.00 plus tax for 100 people or less and
$25.00 for each additional 50 person for rental fee plus a deposit of
$50.00. The Deposit amount will be returned, if after inspection by the
Clubhouse Manage, all is in order after the rental. The club facilities
may be used for such clubs and social and charitable organizations under
the same condition as above. Members giving private entertainment are
privileged to invite any guest they choose including non -members.
Members are responsible for any damage and chaperoning.
MEMBERS WHO RENT THE CLUBHOUSE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO SEE THAT NONE UNDER 21
YEARS OF AGE ARE SERVED OR ALLOWED TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. IT IS
ALSO REQUIRED THAT ALL BEVERAGES ARE PURCHASED THROUGH GATEWAY
RECREATION, COOLERS WILL BE FURNISHED. NO PERSONAL ALCOHOL OR COOLERS
ALLOWED WHEN CLUBHOUSE IS OPEN DURING THE REGULAR SEASON. ALL MEMBERS
WHO USE THE CLUBHOUSE ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP AFTER AN EVENT!!
The facilities of the cub, including the golf course and swimming pool,
are exclusively reserved for members, and if unmarried, their dates and
their out-of town guest, provided that members may invite local guests
to club social functions, and provided the guest is registered. Local
guest are defined to mean person who have resided within a the (10) mile
radius of the Monroe area for more than size (6) months. Club functions
are defined to be social functions not involving the pool and golf
course with the exception of couples two balls.
The presence of DOGS in the clubhouse is strictly forbidden – unless
for the vision impaired!!
